Declaration on the obligation to inform
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to the association. The association therefore processes your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, the association informs you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of the application and association website.
When visiting the club website, your IP address, start and end of the session may be recorded by the service provider for the duration of this session for technical reasons and thus represents a legitimate interest iSv Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO. The association will not pass on your data to third parties and will only use your data internally for the purpose of carrying out the association’s activities.
Contact with the association
The association requires the original form filled out by you and the data provided by you, these are stored for six months at the association for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. The association will not pass on this data without your consent. You are responsible for informing the association in a timely manner of any changes in your data for updating purposes.
With the sponsor membership application you can subscribe to the association newsletter. Should you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter at a later date, please inform the association in writing. The association will immediately remove you from the newsletter distribution list and confirm this by email. If you do not receive a reply within 2 weeks, send the association a reminder.
With regard to your data stored with the association in the application form, you are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the Presidium of the Association. If this does not lead to a resolution of the dispute, you are of course free to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
